John Racik - Founder/CEO

As Founder, President, and CEO, John leads the push for thinking that will redefine the health care marketing landscape. With over 27 years as a communicator, educator, promoter, and publisher, he has worked in nearly every therapeutic category and across every traditional and new communication channel.

Prior to founding Stonefly, John led pioneering successes in publishing, medical education, and brand management. As a general manager within Young & Rubicam, he launched Sentrix Global Health Communication’s North American office. In 2002, he was recruited to lead the turnaround of Blue Diesel, inVentiv Health’s first interactive company. In 2004, John created Stonefly Communications within inVentiv Health to respond to the market’s need for a patient-focused and insight-driven communications company.

In 2008, John was honored by PharmaVoice as one of the 100 most inspiring leaders in the industry. In 2009, John was asked to join the board of directors for the Columbus Affiliate of Susan G. Komen Race for The Cure®. John also serves on the operating board of inVentiv Communications.
